Legal aspects of providing of budgetary safety

Abstract
The legislatively - legal providing of budgetary safety is analysed. The of list of violations of budgetary legislation is outlined and the measures of influence are reasonable against violation of budgetary legislation. It of is well proven that creation of legislative base of providing of budgetary safety will give a push to the effective functioning of the budgetary system.
