FEATURES OF FORMATION OF UKRAINE'S INNOVATION POLICY TOWARDS EU ACCESSION

Abstract

To achieve the objectives in the scientific work general scientific and practical methods, mathematical statistics, data analysis research method of comparison - to match the innovation policy of Ukraine and countries graphical method - for visual representation of tables and charts have been used. Results. This paper analyzed the indicators of innovation and the impact of socio - economic and political factors. It examined the competitiveness of domestic products from which the welfare of the nation depends. The values of direct investments from Ukraine and the EU are considered. Originality. The analysis of innovation policy of Ukraine stipulates that the effectiveness of innovation does not depend on the number of companies involved in the introduction of new technologies and new products, and depends on the level of state funding, the internal situation in the country, and directly on the level of economic development. Other indicators such as the level of competitiveness and equity although impact on innovation, but are of secondary importance. Рractical value. The practical value of this research is that the introduction of innovative techniques and technologies in production will allow Ukraine to increase the competitiveness of products, and will improve the economic situation in the country.
