INTEROPERABILITY OF COMPONENTS OF AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS OF MEDICAL STATE INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of this article is to develop and improve methods for the interoperability of components of existing and future projects and programs in the medical information systems, and to determine the requirements for the objectivity of the use of components in modern conditions. Providing an interoperability infrastructure for Electronic Healthcare Records (EHRs) is on the agenda of many national and regional eHealth initiatives. Traditionally, health system is of two types either - decentralized or centralized. Improving how care is delivered is essential and improving the patient's comfort. The Ukrainian health care system faces significant challenges that clearly indicate the urgent need for reform. In health care, awareness of the need for better management of systems and processes is finally starting to take root, that promotes development of new methods and technologies of data processing. Some of the challenges facing quality measurement include: lack of alignment of key measures between public and private sector quality improvement efforts; issues regarding data transfer such as merging data across different information technology systems; ensuring secure protection of sensitive patient data and proprietary information; and developing, endorsing, and implementing measures of value – that is, sets of measures that include both quality and cost information. Originality. The article suggests new modern methods for processing with medical records, which will increase the efficiency of informatization of the medical area. The purpose of scientific research in a healthcare organization is to create insights that help achieve strategic goals such as improving clinical quality and patient safety, reducing the cost of care, lowering readmissions, or improving the health of populations. Methodology. In the overwhelming majority, the main effort is spent on implementing formal administrative requirements rather than on optimizing internal processes in order to improve the efficiency of the work of the medical institution and improve the quality of the provided medical services. Many hospitals use their software, which does not interact with the common system. Interoperability in eHealth systems is important for delivering quality healthcare and reducing healthcare costs. Findings. The architecture of interoperability of medical systems, which covers the main stages of interaction between isolated systems, has been described. Practical value. The obtained results are expedient for using in further researches, it is perspective that it is possible to develop, based on the parameters obtained, the technology of scheduling the loads of medical institutions using an artificial neural network implemented in the Python programming language. Conclusions. The proposed concept of interaction provides an improvement in the efficiency of the managemen tprocess in the hospital, which facilitates the exchange of information between different medical information systems. This will increase the effectiveness of providing medical care to the population of Ukraine as a whole.
