Features of human rights activities as a kind of legal activity

Abstract
The concept of human rights activism is disclosed as an act (action or inaction) of human rights protection bodies aimed at pro- viding every person and citizen, their associations and legal entities with legal assistance in stopping violations of the law, bringing the guilty to legal liability, restoration of the violated, challenged or challenged rights. and the indemnity caused by the violation of the right to damages. The concept of object, subject and subjects of human rights activity, types of human rights activities is defined.
