Features of information and legal policy of Ukraine in the conditions of «hybrid war»

Abstract
The article describes the features of information and legal policy in the conditions of information aggression. The phenomenon of the «hybrid warfare» has been investigated, taking into account the current experience of Ukraine. The methods of manipulative technologies used as means of aggressive informational propaganda is proposed, which will improve tools of counteraction to modern challenges of hybrid warfare and ultimately build integrated, systematic and effective information and legal policy in order to promote the development of the information society.
