FEATURES OF INTEGRATED REPORTING AND ITS EFFECT ON INVESTMENT PROPERTIES ON ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the characteristic of specific offsets and definitions of integrated reporting of the enterprise and presents the main principles of its construction. It is determined that one of the most important tasks of information coverage in an integrated report must be satisfaction of information needs of all the necessary existing and potential investors in assessing the state and prospects of the company’s development on the market. Here is characterized the main factors of influence on the ability of organization to create future value. A lot of attention is paid to composition of information that can be disclosed in an integrated way to reduce the level of risk and increase efficiency of using the funds of the owner of the capital, which have a positive effect on the investment in the company.Besides, here is substantiated the formation of the corporate activity of Ukrainian enterprises by model of the formation of integrated reports of international companies.
