FEATURES OF LOGISTIC RISK MANAGEMENT IN SUPPLIES OF TRADING ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In the article the essence of risk is considered, the definition of logistic risk is given, its main characteristics and types are described. The concept of the logistic system of a trading enterprise, as well as features of its functioning, is presented. The algorithm of the risk management process in the supply chain of the trading enterprise is proposed. The process of forming a risk management system in the supply chain as well as the peculiarities of constructing a logistic risk management model in the supply chain of trading enterprises.
