FEATURES OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN THE SPHERE OF TOURISM AND HOTEL AND RESTAURANT INDUSTRY

Abstract
Peculiarities of the staffing management of the employment of employees of tourism and hotel and restaurant industry are defined in this article. The structural correlation of the leading staff and the ordinary employees, their functional duties and the competences are determined. Categories and the indicator of the mark of its activities are grounded. Strategies for the improvement of the staffing management and its activity at the level of tourism enterprises to perspective are developed.
