INVESTMENT IN SUPPLY CHAIN RELATIONSHIPS IN THE CONCEPT OF “INDUSTRY 4.0”

Abstract
Implementation of the industry “Industry 4.0” concept in industrial enterprises emphasizes the need to invest in the development of relations in the supply chain. That requires the harmonization of technical infrastructure, decision-making procedures and communication tools in the supply chain. The necessity of investing by industrial enterprise in both – the production technologies and the software integrated between the partners in supply chain, the exchange of data, knowledge of the workers – is proved. That would enable to implement “just-in-time” model for all parts of the supply chain.
