FEATURES OF PLANNING OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF VARIABILITY OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

Abstract
The article analyses existing approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to the interpretation of a definition of "economic development"; improves the essence of the concept of "economic development", which suggested to be viewed as a set of measures for purposeful impact on company activities and are aimed at replacing the internal control system subject to a consideration of action of threats of external and internal environment, which will establish the business, increase its level of profitability, improve the image in market. Considered existing approaches to the classification of economic development at the enterprise; investigated and substantiated a list of factors of impact on the mechanism of economic development planning; investigated the existing mechanisms of economic development planning; given a list of measures to improve economic development planning of the industrial enterprise.
