THE LOCAL BUDGETS REFORMING IN THE CONTEXT OF FISCAL DECENTRALIZATION

Abstract
The article researches the basic directions of reforming the system of local budgets in Ukraine in terms of fiscal decentralization and fiscal consolidation. It is examined the role of local budgets as one of the biggest sources of funding for social and economic development of regions of Ukraine. One of the main principles of the budgetary system of Ukraine – the principle of subsidiarity is analyzed.
