PUBLIC ROLE OF SOCIAL INSURANCE IN CASE OF INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS AND OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES

Abstract
The article investigates modern conditions and problem aspects of the state insurance functioning in case of industrial accidents and occupational diseases. The author grounds that the priority direction of the insurance is the improvement of preventive measures to reduce the risks of industrial injuries and occupational diseases. The article also emphasizes that in general the state must create conditions that allow employers to benefit from investment in human development and safety, and workers must take care of their health and to be responsible in case of an accident or occupational disease.
