THE FOREIGN’S EXPERIENCE ACTIVITY OF BUSINESS INCUBATORS ON THE BASIS OF UNIVERSITIES

Abstract
The article outlined the problems of creating and developing business incubators as one of the main effective ways of supporting the innovative component of entrepreneurship and small businesses in different countries. The research methods in the overwhelming majority were used as an analysis of the scientific and information base of the development of business incubators in different countries, the conclusions and practical recommendations for adaptation of international experience on their activities in Ukraine were presented. For the effective practical application of the results of the study, an experiment is proposed to adapt the foreign experience of functioning of business incubators, based on the institution of higher education of Ukraine, which needs both the improvement of legislation on this issue and state support at all stages. It is the state through state regulation bodies to act as an investment partner in the development of business incubators based on institutions of higher education.
