STAKEHOLDERS IN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Abstract
The study is devoted to theoretical and methodological issues of ensuring corporate governance of joint stock companies in terms of market transformation. Based on purpose and functions of corporate governance, the scheme of joint stock companies’ corporate governance was presented, which can detect the influence of external and internal environment. Comparative analysis of corporations’ distinctive features allows characterizing interests of stakeholders of joint stock companies in order to further improve their performance.
