Features of Presentation of a Person for Identification by Functional Features

Abstract
In this article questions of procedural order of carrying out presentation of a person for identification by functional features are examined. It is noted that this investigative action can be carried out when the crime has been committed in circumstances under which the victim is unable to see and remember the appearance of the offender (dark time, unpredictability of attack, poor eyesight of the vic- tim, etc.), but he has well remembered certain functional features, that is features of voice, speech, gait. The most significant in this case for recognition are the features of voice and speech, since these characteristics are relatively stable, and only certain circumstances (illness, old age) can affect and change them.
