Features of psychological rehabilitation of persons with overweight

Abstract
The article deals with the psychological features of persons with excess body mass. It has been established that in persons with excess body mass anxiety, insecurity, obsessive states, mental and physical weakness are observed, which leads to compensation of negative emotions by consuming more food. It was noted that the psychological rehabilitation of persons with excess body mass should be carried out using methods of cognitive-behavioral therapy.
