FEATURES OF RESEARCH CULTURE OF FUTURE TEACHER OF MUSICAL ART

Abstract
The article is devoted to the opening of features of research culture of a future music master in the context of activity, personality and values of approaches that allow integrally, systematically, being based on the interdisciplinary strategies, to educe the features of functioning and development of this personality phenomenon. For the teacher of music the scientific understanding of artistic reality is sent to the pedagogical comprehension artistically and cultural processes, world view context of pieces of music, cognitive, moral and aesthetic potential of musical art, different directions of musical and pedagogical activity, that deepens his professional and pedagogical activity of art, culturological and research competense. The value of formative process in the system factor in forming of scientifical and research culture of future music master acquires theoretical thinking as expedient application in the musical and pedagogical process of different analytical and synthetic, summarizing actions, readiness to the scientific analysis of artistic reality, taking into account an educational and artistic&cultural context, application of the research is near the decision of musical pedagogical problems. The essence of scientifical and research culture of future music master becomes clear only in the context of general reference&points and descriptions of musical pedagogical culture, that mortgages bases of spirituality, morality, artistic form, creative aesthetic and humanistic orientation of personality of teacher&musician. The Scientifical and research culture appears in methodological consciousness, scientific thinking and research activity of teacher&musician& researcher, that determine development, becoming and enriching of subject&personality dominant, forming of professional spiritually&aesthetic credo. Understanding of artistic realities of the world to scientific principles activates ability of personality of researcher&musician to rise to wide creative generalizations, applying the method of aesthetic analysis, essence of that in crossing of the perceptible experiencing and scientific study of aesthetic reality. Comprehending is higher expounded in relation to the rich in content signs of scientifical and research culture of future music master as a personal phenomenon, we give such determination to the concept: it is quality of personality, that is apt to the synthesis of scientific and artistic methods of cognition, analytical synthetic intellection and emotional vivid understanding of pieces of music, embodiment of artistic aesthetic, musical pedagogical and scientific ideal in a research search, application of scientific knowledge in scientific theoretical and structural technological activity.
