FEATURES OF RISK MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION IN LOGISTICS SYSTEMS OF TRADE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In the article, according to the results of the study, the definition of the essence of the risk category as the unity of the three parties – the risk as a phenomenon, the risk of the trading enterprise as a whole and the risk of the scope of the business enterprise. The concept of risk management in the logistic system of a trading enterprise as a system of purposeful measures aimed at identifying and assessing the degree of the whole set of risks that affect the activity of a trading company is defined in order to develop mechanisms for counteracting their possible negative impact. There are seven basic principles that need to be based on the organization of the risk management system in the logistics system of the trade enterprise. The essence of the strategy and tactics of risk management in the logistic system of a trading enterprise is considered. The scheme of organization of risk management in the logistic system of the trade enterprise has been improved.
