CONCEPTUALIZATION OF THE LOGIC SURVEY OF FINANCIAL CONTROLS

Abstract
The article conceptualises the logic of the research of the essence of financial control. It has been determined that the socioeconomic transformations that have taken place in Ukraine in recent years have affected the transformation of its content, functions, methods and mechanisms of implementation. New trends in the development of financial control in Ukraine are revealed. It is proved that the definitions of «financial control» given by the domestic authors do not give a clear idea of the system of basic principles, methods and tools that are necessary and sufficient for realization of not only pragmatic, but also cognitive and educational activities on the real world object in the limits of the prospect (one of the possible alternatives to the future paradigm). The necessity of systematization of conceptual approaches to organization of cognitive, educational and pragmatic activity of both scientists and practitioners is substantiated.
