PROCESS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article deals with the main concepts of the process of developing a strategy for enterprise development. The stages of development and implementation of the development strategy and the key points to be considered in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy and achieve the optimal result of the enterprise activity are explored. The place of the development strategy development process in the management of the enterprise is determined. Requirements for the development strategy development process, as a set of consistent measures aimed at optimizing the use of existing potential of the company, are established. The importance of selecting the priority directions of optimization of activity is clarified in order to ensure the effectiveness of implementation of the actions provided for by the development strategy. The stage of formation of a portfolio of strategic alternatives has been formed. The main components of the strategy implementation process are highlighted. The necessity of creation of alternative variants of achievement of strategic goals and tasks for improvement of performance and increase of efficiency of functioning in the market is substantiated
