THE MECHANISM OF STATE REGULATION OF THE ORGANIZATION OF WAGES ON THE EXAMPLE OF ECONOMIC MODELS OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis to generalization of experience of state regulation of the organization of remuneration on the example of economic models of foreign countries and determination of conformity to the prevailing socio-economic conditions of Ukraine. The lack of a systematic government approach to address the problems of promoting high-impact work makes it impossible for economic growth, stabilization and improved living standards of the population. World experience shows that no country with a developed market economy can not do without state interference in the processes of regulation of wages, although the methods, scope, extent of government influence are of course different. In an economic system based on market relations, state intervention in wage must be primarily indirect and social orientation
