FEATURES OF STATE ADMINISTARATION OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS IMPLEMENTED WITH THE FUNDS OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article describes the features of the organization of state administration that used in the implementation of international investment projects. Highlighted the functions of the executive appointee in the project implementation. The specifics of the creation and functioning of project management teams, implemented with the funds of international financial organizations, are disclosed. Indicated gaps of the current organizational public administration at the stages of initiating a loan, the ratification of the Loan Agreement and the implementation of joint projects with international financial organizations. The expediency of the creation of the Project Management Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purpose of strengthening the coordination of the activities of the project management teams, funded by loans from international financial organizations attracted under state guarantees.
