STATE POLICY IN THE SPHERE OF ATTRACTING INVESTMENTS FOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES

Abstract
This article discusses the concept of “state investment policy”, “investment process”, “investment mechanism”. Studied the causes of poor investment climate in Ukraine and imperfection of state investment policy in innovation. The peculiarities of the investment mechanism in innovation development: the existence of different segments of the investments, the dependence of the investment process from stages of development and implementation of innovations. The author showed and explained their vision and understanding of the structure of the investment mechanism, which outlines the roles and responsibilities of all parties.
