HISTORICALASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF STATE REGULATION OF WATER SUPPLY AND WATER DISPOSAL SCOPE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the conditions, principles and means of state regulation of the water supply and water disposal sector. The periodization of the state regulation of the housing and communal services sector and the water supply and sewage sector in Ukraine during the independence period, which includes 5 stages, has been made. The main reasons for the slowdown reform in water supply and water disposal sector are presented. The main events of the modern stage of state regulation of the sphere and their disadvantages are determined.
