APPROACHES TO UNDERSTANDING OF ANTICORRUPTION POLICY IN PUBLIC GOVERNANCE

Abstract
The article generalizes the present approaches to understanding of anticorruption policy essence. The definition of anticorruption policy in public governance is proposed because of these approaches. The set of general directions of anticorruption policy is outlined. These directions are not depended on country specific in the end. The article shows that priorities among this directions have to be corruption prevention ones. The understanding of corruption prevention is presented as purposeful forming of noncorruption social environment.
