FEATURES OF STATE REGULATION OF SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article presents directions of ordering of legal regulation system of the marketing of small manufacturing enterprises. Some problematic aspects of the status and effectiveness of state regulatory policy in economic activity and its impact on business development are grounded. The basic problems and obstacles that exist in the development of small business in the area of regulation are highlighted.
