Abstract
Building effective systems of taxation of citizens - taxpayers in an unstable economy is a key factor in increasing the incomes of local budgets and the financial independence of territorial communities. The article defines the advantages and disadvantages of a single tax as a form of taxation of individuals in Ukraine.
