FEATURES OF THE EVENT SCENE EXAMINATION DURING INVESTIGATION OF DELIBERATE DAMAGE INFLICTED TO ELECTRIC POWER INDUSTRY OBJECTS

Abstract
The article presents research of tasks, organizational aspects and tactical methods of conducting the event scene examination during the investigation of intentional damage inflicted to the power industry objects. Author determines the peculiarities the abovementioned investigative actions in the course of proceeding. A set of methodological recommendations for improving the effectiveness of such examination are provided.
