FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF STRATEGIC DECISIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF BALANCED AGRICULTURAL LAND USE

Abstract
Identification of strategic priorities for agricultural land use and the adoption of effective managerial decisions is crucial in the theory and practice of agricultural activities to ensure the balanced use of land resources. Therefore, actual at the present stage of management is the study of the peculiarities of the adoption and implementation of strategic management decisions and factors that have a decisive influence on ensuring the effectiveness of this process. Research conducted by use of the dialectical method of knowledge of the economic laws and systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes, monographic, induction and deduction - to form the vectors of development in the direction of balancing agricultural use of land-resource potential; abstract-logical method - in the implementation of theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions. The key strategic priorities in the field of agricultural land use, which should be established at the national level, are established. The author systematized measures in the system of determined development vectors, which are decisive in the direction of balancing agricultural use of land-resource potential at the level of agrarian formations. It is important to form strategic priorities at the national and regional levels, as well as to ensure the development of individual agrarian formations, for the adoption of effective economic decisions in the direction of balanced agricultural land use. Further research should focus on the study of the impact of public initiatives on the effectiveness of management at the local level, the development of their local development strategies and ensuring their implementation.
