REGULATION OF THE COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OF CIVIL WORK OF THE COMPLEX TOWN-PLANNING POWER RECONSTRUCTION "CSTC T-PPR"

Abstract

Introduction. Various complexes act in town-planning structure as one of perspective forms of integration. In the course of formation of plans of social and economic development of large cities even more often there is a situation when for increase of efficiency of used resources concentration of efforts is necessary not simply, but also new progressive forms of the organisation of building manufacture. Purpose. The aim of the article is to offer the organizational structure using in practice the saved up scientific and technical potential for reconstruction of buildings of historical building in Odessa 1820 … 1920 years under standards power efficiency and to execute regulation of timeliness of painting and decorating at reconstruction. Methods. Quantitative methods of an estimation of timeliness of decorating works, and also universal methods of statistical modeling are used in the work at regulation of timely performance of the project, in particular risk hedging. Results. It is offered to create in the city of Odessa "the Corporate scientific and technical complex of town-planning power reconstruction "CSTC T-PPR", as innovative organizational structure which uses the saved up scientific and technical potential in practice for reconstruction of buildings of historical building of Odessa 1820 … 1920 years according to energy efficiency standards. Regulation of timeliness of decorating works is executed at reconstruction of buildings of historical building of Odessa taking into account previous underfulfilment by means of increase in a planned target proportional to it. Discussion. To continue research of organizational structure "the Corporate scientific and technical complex town-planning power reconstruction "CSTC T-PPR" and to carry out the further researches on the organization of the control and management in building, in particular by an economic estimation of a course of performance of civil work.
