DIRECTIONS OF INTELLECTUAL-STAFFING FORMATION IN RETAILING ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Introduction. Intellectual-staffing is one of the most important resources and components in the system of trade enterprise management. Its formation and effective use create the necessary prerequisites for security of employees of the company capable of generating innovative and intellectual creative activity, and form a modern material-technical and information-technological support of business processes of retail trade. Improving intellectual-staffing retail businesses enables us to strengthen their competitive position and to ensure the viability and development in the conditions of strengthening of competition and development of the information society. Methods. In the process of the study were used general scientific and special methods of groups, logical analysis, strategic management (for justification of the priorities, mechanisms and means of improving intellectual and human resources of the enterprises of retail trade); systemic and comparative analysis (in determining the peculiarities of formation of intellectual-staffing retail businesses). Results. It is argued that the strategic priorities of formation the intellectual-personnel support of the enterprises of retailing trade of Ukraine is to improve the supply of skilled personnel and intellectual capital, strengthen the stability of personnel and increase of efficiency of use of intellectual capital, providing businesses with an efficient and productive work, social protection, training and development of personnel, its innovative activity. In these areas, you should follow a number of key measures that will allow a comprehensive approach to improving the intellectual-staffing domestic retailers. One of the most important management tasks intellectually-staffing of retailers is their intellectualization as a process of qualitative and quantitative structural changes in the formation and implementation of intellectual potential, increase the share of intellectually-staffing and results of intellectual creative activities in all functional areas and components of the internal structure of business processes. It concerns the formation, accumulation and effective use, providing the «intelligence» of the enterprise, its internal and external environment. Discussion. Further studies should explore the relationship and especially intellectually-staffing and competitiveness of the enterprises of retail trade, in particular to define the roles and justify the activities in the sphere of management of intellectual and human resources support, contribute to strengthening the competitive position of retailers.
