Features of the mechanism of elections in the Republic of Azerbaijan

Abstract
Taking part in the national the management of, citizens exercise their will, confirming there by the action the most important conditions for direct democracy: the sovereign people are the sole and supreme source of power in the country. Expression of popular will in the elections demonstrates of the legitimacy the policy; unprecedented economic, social and cultural development, in particular, Azerbaijan. However, the process of deepening the democratization requires further improve electoral practices in the Republic: increasing of publicity the specific gravity potential participants of legal relations and the active manifestation of their will in occasion state management of deputies.
