FEATURES OF THE OPERATION OF VIRTUAL ENTERPRISES IN THE MODERN CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION OF THE ECONOMY

Abstract
In the article the definite and content of the term “virtual enterprise” have been determined and based on generalization of modern approaches of the prominent scientists. The main components of the virtual enterprise are installed, namely: the concept, organization, functioning, IT support, a system of training. Virtual business is a prospective form of business functioning under the conditions of further development and informatization of Ukraine's economy. The purpose of virtual enterprises is obtaining profit and its maximization. In the article the main characteristics of so called traditional to virtual enterprises functioning were considered, as well as organizational and economic aspects of their management.
