FEATURES OF THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION MECHANISM IN THE SYSTEM OF INTER-BUDGET RELATIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The research paper deals with the main problems of public administration of inter-budget relations in Ukraine. The research paper analyzes the main approaches to the definition of the concept of “the mechanism of public administration”. The content and features of different planes of understanding and interpretation of this category are revealed. Proposed author’s vision of the content of this term. The basic forms and types of inter-budget relations are determined. The analysis of the main types and purposes of subventions has been carried out. The author’s definition of the category of “the mechanism of public administration in the system of inter-budget relations”.
