Features of the referendum democracy in Ukraine, constitutional and legal aspects

Abstract
Features of the referendum’s deme article in the constitutional and legal aspects highlighted features of the referendum democracy in Ukraine due to present of its establishment in public life and further development. Focused attention on the key issues of effectiveness of the referendum democracy in the country that are relevant in the domestic legal science. Found the essence and content characteristics of the referendum democracy and its components that define the role and importance of this type of direct democracy and its function in the mechanism of constitutional and legal regulations, including: referendum ideology (doctrine); system referendum legislation; organizational and legal mechanisms of realization of referendum democracy. Solved the features of the regulatory mechanism to ensure implementation of referendum democracy at the national level. Author determined new describing factors that influence on the mechanism of realization of democracy, including: globalization, inte gration and universalization of legal rights, information democracy, that ensure democracy, the impact of domestic and foreign media and others. Specified the principal characteristics of the regulatory mechanism to ensure implementation of referendum democracy. Outlined the basic tendencies of development of referendum democracy in Ukraine, including: doctrinally improvement of the legal foundations of referendum democracy in Ukraine; integration of referendum democracy in the system of constitutional democracy in Ukraine species; differentiation system of the referendum democracy and the establishment of its new species; development and improvement of the system of referendum legislation; expansion of the subjects of referendum democracy; referendum law and referendum legislation; municipalization referendum democracy; Globalization referendum democracy like.
