Features of the State of Upper Gastrointestinal Tract According to Data of Endoscopic Study in Patients with Chronic Cryptogenic Hepatitis and Liver Cirrhosis

Abstract
The data on the study of the mucosa of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum in patients with cryptogenic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis are presented. The changes associated with portal hypertension (varicose veins of the esophagus and stomach, portal gastropathy), and the changes combined with chronic diffuse inflammatory disease of the liver (signs of reflux disease, erosive and hemorrhagic changes in the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum). Feature of gastropathy in liver cirrhosis, unlike gastropathy occurring independently, were more significant intensity and prevalence in the stomach of erythematous changes of mucous membrane, associated with the formation of portal hypertension and coagulopathies and not correlated with the severity of inflammation on microscopic level.
