Features of training masters in teaching the discipline "Management of technological processes in plant production"

Abstract
The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the formation of the structure of creative system thinking are considered, and innovative teaching methods for the preparation of masters in teaching the discipline "Management of technological processes in plant production" are presented. The results of studying the discipline and the list of basic competencies necessary for its mastery are described. The main results of the optimization of the educational and methodological complex of teaching the discipline "Management of technological processes in plant production" were considered, and directions for improving the educational process were proposed. The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of engineering education of masters who wish to work in engineering management can be their ability to perform a systematic analysis of a problem situation, a technical system; separate the task from the created situation and specifically formulate it; generate original technical ideas; put forward hypotheses; adequately formulate the obtained results; conduct a purposeful multivariate search for a solution to a creative task or problem; deliberate rejection of one's own inertia of thinking; purposefully carry out a forecast of the development of technical systems; the ability to conduct consultations, providing clients with the necessary scientific and technical information regarding the problem. The research results are implemented in the educational process of the Higher Educational Institution "Podillia State University". The further development of research on the training of higher education holders of the Master's degree in the teaching of the discipline "Management of technological processes in plant production" was obtained.
