Specifics of the distribution of radio signals are outlined through the problem-thematic aspects and the context of the socio-political situation. The focus is on the emergence of broadcasting in the westernmost region of Ukraine, which developed in close connection with the Czechoslovak wired media. The findings systematize and generalize the peculiarities of the distribution of radio programs on the territory of Pidkarpatska Rus, as well as the challenges of establishing the first local wired media.
