Fenomenologia zarządzania – aspekt dydaktyczny

Abstract
CelArtykuł przedstawia zastosowanie metody fenomenologicznej w naukach o zarządzaniu i edukacji menedżerskiej MetodologiaMetoda fenomenologiczna („soczewka fenomenologiczna” i „formuła 3i”)WnioskiW artykule prezentuje się pogląd, że wprowadzenie metody fenomenologicznej do edukacji menedżerów podniesie ich poziom etyczny i efektywność. Przeprowadzona analiza unaocznia, że metoda fenomenologiczna (”soczewka fenomenologiczna” i „formuła 3i”), ma wysoką przydatność edukacyjną, a ponadto, umożliwia stworzenie spójnej filozofii kształcenia menedżerów.Oryginalność Fenomenologia jest ważną perspektywą badawczą w naukach o zarządzaniu i w procesie dydaktycznym.
