Abstract
Umbilikal ven varisi, umbilikal damarların nadir bir anomalisidir. Bu makalede; 25 yaşında, fetal intraabdominal ekstrahepatik umblikal ven varisi tespit edilen gebe sunulmuştur. Gelişme geriliği oluşan olgunun gebeliği 37. gebelik haftasında sağlıklı bir yenidoğanın doğumuyla sonuçlanmıştır. Fetusun umbilikal damarları erken dönemden itibaren dikkatlice incelenmeyi gerektirmektedir. Anahtar kelimeler: Gebelik, umbilikal ven varisi, yakın izlem
