Few possible models for 19.9%efficient
Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN PHYSICS - Year 0, Vol 6, Issue 1
Abstract
: Device modeling and simulation studies of a CIGS thin film solar cell have been carried out using SCAPS 2902. A variety of graded band gap structures of efficiency around 19.9% are examined. The study shows that material saving models with efficiency η around 19.9% is possible

Momentum Distribution Critical Exponents for 1D Hubbard model in a Magnetic Field
Critical exponents at and for the momentum distribution function are studied for one-dimensional Hubbard model in the presence of magnetic field, using conformal field theory (CFT) approach. Exponents at and are reproduc...
The Philosophy of Space-Time: Whence Cometh Matter and Motion?
From the macrocosm to the microcosm, natural science has so far confirmed the most fundamental assertion of materialist dialectics that there can be no matter without motion and no motion without matter. This view of the...
Experimental and Theoretical (ab initio and DFT) Analysis of UV-Vis Spectra, Thermodynamic Functions and Non-linear Optical Properties of 2-Chloro-3,4-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde
In the present work, UV- Visible spectra of 2-Chloro-3,4-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde (2,3,4-CDMB) compound have been carried out experimentally and theoretically. The ultraviolet absorption spectrum of title compound in three...
Vibrational Spectra, Electronic Structure and Properties of the Molecules Aspirin and Ibuprofen.
The FT-IR Vibrational spectra analysis, electronic structures and properties of the anti-inflammatory drugs Aspirin and Ibuprofen in gas and water and ethanol have been studied by using ab initio and DFT computational ca...
Surface Electromagnetic Waves at a Single Interface of Superconductor and Left-Handed Materials
The wave propagation characteristics along the single interface of superconductor and left-handed materials are investigated theoretically. An expression for the complex permittivity of a superconductor is derived in the...
