Few possible models for 19.9%efficient
Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN PHYSICS - Year 0, Vol 6, Issue 1
Abstract
: Device modeling and simulation studies of a CIGS thin film solar cell have been carried out using SCAPS 2902. A variety of graded band gap structures of efficiency around 19.9% are examined. The study shows that material saving models with efficiency η around 19.9% is possible

Surprising Attraction of Non-Magnetic Materials to Magnets
We explored the effects of static magnetic fields on materials commonly classified as non-ferromagnetic and non-paramagnetic. By floating pieces of paper, wood, Teflon, and Nafion on different liquids and placing those o...
Synthesis, Characterization and Phase Transition Studies on Some N-(4-Butyloxy Benzylidene)-4-Alkoxy Anilines, 4O.Om Compounds - A Dilatometric Study
Dilatometric studies are carried out on the synthesized N-(4-butyloxy benzylidene)-4-alkoxy anilines, 4O.Om compounds with the m = 3 to 7 and 9. Characterization of these compounds is done using the polarizing microscope...
Hydrogen production using Al-Sn alloys prepared by rapid solidification
Air pollution produced by the direct burning of fossil fuels is a serious problem. Therefore, there is a vital demand for renewable and clean fuel replacements for future energy source. Hydrogen, which exhibits high calo...
Structural and Magnetic Properties of Co0.5Ni0.5-xMnxFe2O4(x=0, 0.15, 0.25, 0.35, 0.5) Ferrite Nanoparticles Prepared via Sol-Gel Auto-Combustion Method
In this study, Co0.5Ni0.5-xMnxFe2O4 (x=0, 0.15, 0.25, 0.35, 0.5) ferrite nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel auto-combustion method. Structural, magnetic and morphology properties of obtained nanoparticles were invest...
A Solution of Fractional Laplace's Equation by Modified Separation of Variables
This paper applies the Modified separation of variables method (MSV) suggested by Pishkoo and Darus towards obtaining a solution for fractional Laplace's equation. The closed form expression for potential function is for...
