Filling of municipal budgets under the budget reform in Ukraine

Abstract
This article provides an assessment of the decentralization of the budget system of Ukraine. On the basis of in-depth statistical analysis of economic trends in the formation of municipal budgets the effects of fiscal reform are outlined.
