Therefore, the aim of the study is an in-depth analysis of the level of financial and logistical support of the administrative courts and identification of the ways for its further improvement. It has been found out that the incompleteness of the judicial reform in Ukraine had led to a number of discrepancies and contradictions in the important area of both organizational and financial and logistical support of the administrative courts. In particular, one of the reasons for the significant shortcomings of the activity organization of these courts is the level of their financial security. The conditions for the implementation of actions to meet the needs of the courts through the provision of them with adequate financial, material and technical means, as well as other measures to ensure the performance of judicial functions by them have been studied. The role of the State judicial administration in carrying out the tasks of financial and other material support of the administrative courts activities has been analyzed. It has been proved that the administrative courts support should be considered as the main objective to create appropriate conditions for their effective functioning and implementation of legal proceedings. But the analysis of the general state of the financial and logistical support of the system of administrative courts of Ukraine attests the need for further improvement of these components of the domestic administrative proceedings in the modern world. Unfortunately, today an inadequate funding of administrative courts causes the greatest concern. Despite the fact that the role and the functions of administrative courts and the load on them have been significantly changed, the method of determining the annual cost of their maintenance has not changed significantly. Therefore, according to the author, firstly, we should improve the financing of this branch of the judiciary by establishing annual reasonable standards of the costs, secondly, to improve its training and methodological support. In addition, the problems of the financial and logistical support of the administrative proceedings also require the need of searching optimum ways of their solution, taking into account the international experience.
