FINANCIAL-LEGAL REGULATION OF STATE REGISTRATION OF SUBJECTS OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE: HISTORICAL-LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article deals with the historical-legal aspect of state registration of business entities in the context of financial-legal regulation of this sphere of social relations. Based on the analysis of normative legal acts that were valid on the territory of Ukraine in different historical periods of its development, the author established the financial component of the state registration of business entities and legal entities as a whole. Comparison of financial-legal regulation of state registration of business entities at different stages of development of Ukrainian statehood has been carried out.
