FINANCIAL POTENTIAL OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical approaches to the essence of the concept of "financial potential of the enterprise" and defines its functions; and factors of internal and external influence on the formation of financial potential of agrarian enterprises. It is established that financial potential is a broader concept and includes not only financial resources but also the ability of an enterprise to efficiently and rationally use them, as well as existing and potential opportunities to increase their volume in order to achieve strategic goals by adopting effective managerial decisions in the field finance. In the article the role of financial capacity in the process of production and financial activity of the specific features of the industry and the factors internal and external environment influence the formation of the financial potential of agricultural enterprises. Conclusions on the need to create a favorable external environment as the foundation of an effective mechanism for the financial potential and competitiveness, investment attractiveness and economic development of the enterprises of the agricultural sector and increase the state's role in this process.
