Financial Potential of Strategic Development of Processing Enterprises of Dairy and Meat as of Ukraine

Abstract
The problems of administration of potential possibilities of meat and dairy industry of agriculture of Ukraine are actualized by modern dynamic processes of economic development. The main features of modern practical approaches to assessment and planning of financial and economic capacity of processing enterprises of meat and dairy industry of agriculture of Ukraine are characterized by two moments. On the one hand, the traditional approach, used in a planned economy does not meet the new conditions of their functioning. On the other hand, foreign methods of evaluation and management of the enterprise potential, adapted to current economic conditions are appropriate for those enterprises which are operating in a competitive environment, not reflecting the realities of post-crisis period and are not affiliated with the development of strategic objectives, as not being built on the analysis of current situation in the industry. Therefore, the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of financial management and economic potential of enterprises and scientific support for the implementation of its elements becomes an area of scientific research. Solving this problem at the level of agricultural processing enterprise becomes possible under conditions of forming financial resource that provides full use of its actual and potential capacity, ability to adapt to the changing internal and external economic environment and developing a number of priority strategic objectives in accordance with the transformation of agricultural business model.
