FINANCIAL SANCTIONS AS THE MAIN MEASURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY IN LICENSING

Abstract
In the article revievs the financial sanctions and conducted comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine on legal support of financial penalties in the structure of administrative and legal licensing regime. Criticized the system of units of penalties. Examine such financial sanctions in administrative and legal structure of the licensing regime as a fine and seizure of illegally obtained income. Studied the experience of the application of penalties countries – members of the European Union.
