FORMATION OF MODERN TYPES OF CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the main types of civil proceedings on a global scale. The author argues that the optimization and harmonization of the civil process contribute to the convergence of different systems of law on the way to the general standards and institutes of civil justice, which leads to the formation of a modern type of civil proceedings, which has received in the scientific literature such names as a social, fair legal or European type of civil proceedings
