FINANCIAL SECURITY OF COMMERCIAL BANK: ECONOMIC AND LEGAL BASIS OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
In the article, the legal framework of functioning of commercial banks in Ukraine is analyzed, outlined the key areas of provision of certain legal documents and identified priority areas for improving legislation of Ukraine in order to ensure financial security of commercial banks. It is determined that the main problem of legal regulation of banks in Ukraine is the absence of a single codified regulation act on banking, coupled with the presence of contradictions in certain provisions of a number of laws and other normative acts on regulation of banks.
