FINANCIAL STRATEGY OF INCREASING THE ENTERPRISE VALUE FORMATION

Abstract
The essence of the financial strategy of the company as a forward-looking system of actions for the effective attraction, use and redistribution of financial resources aimed at achieving financial goals that ensure the social and economic development of the enterprise are determined. The nature of the relationship between the level of economic potential of the enterprise and the possibilities of increasing the market value, as foreseen by the provisions of the financial strategy (in aspects of increasing market capitalization, book value of assets or other value measure of the enterprise property valuation) is determined. The essence of the value potential of the enterprise as a characteristic, which reflects the company's ability to generate value added and transformation of this value into capital increase, is established.
